Add-Ons + Extras
- New Client Plant Reset: $125 — first-visit detail service to clean up, assess, and set a strong baseline. Required for 26+ plants or collections showing decline.
- Plant replacements + upgrades billed at retail plus installation.
- Repotting, extended pest treatment + seasonal refreshes quoted as needed.
Agreement Terms
- 12-month term, then automatic month-to-month renewal. 60 days' written notice to end service after the initial term.
- Month-to-month option: +15% on the plan rate, with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- Billed monthly at the agreed rate. ACH/autopay preferred.
- Rates adjust by 5% at each annual renewal.
- Plant replacement policy: plants that decline under Pink Pothos care are replaced at no cost, up to 10% of the collection per year. Loss caused by changes outside our control (HVAC, light changes, relocation, damage, or watering by others between visits) is replaced at retail.
