I agree to a 12-month service term beginning on the start date listed above. I understand this agreement automatically renews month-to-month after the initial 12-month term, and I must provide at least 60 days written notice to end services after the initial term. I agree to pay the agreed monthly rate listed above, billed monthly. I understand pricing is based on the current plant count/condition and may require adjustment if plants are added/removed or scope changes. I confirm I am authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of the business/property listed above. I consent to using an electronic signature. Typing my name below acts as my signature.
