Shipping policy

We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. 

Plants only ship to mainland USA. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants to ensure their safe arrival, however, we cannot guarantee the condition of the plants once they leave our care.

If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim against USPS (we're happy to help you in this process).
