Key info for a smooth fest.
What’s included with my booth?
Only vendors who received an approval email from Atlanta Plant Fest. If you haven’t applied or been approved, please do not pay.
What’s the vendor fee and what’s included?
The fee is $80 for a 10×10 space. It covers your footprint and event marketing inclusion (as time allows). You provide your setup.
Are tent weights required?
Yes—mandatory. For safety and venue rules, tents must be properly weighted. No weights = no vending.
Is my spot guaranteed after payment?
Yes. Once your payment is processed, your space is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email/receipt.
What can I sell?
We’re curating plants & plant sellers, botanical/green-inspired goods, art, wellness, and select food. No counterfeit/illegal items, offensive content, or anything prohibited by law/venue policy. You’re responsible for all sales tax.
Is electricity available?
No general power is provided. Please plan a self-contained setup. (Quiet generators may be allowed if pre-approved.)
When are load-in and load-out?
Timing, maps, and parking details will be sent in the Vendor Guide via email prior to the event. Plan to bring a cart/dolly.
Where do I park?
Vendor parking instructions and unloading zones will be included in the Vendor Guide.
What if it rains?
Plant Fest is rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we’ll communicate any safety-driven changes by email.

Terms & Policies
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Vendors must hold active permits/licenses and follow venue rules. Setup and breakdown times will be provided in your confirmation email.
