Monstera Siltepecana on totem pole 6"

Monstera siltepecana is a fast-growing tropical vining plant native to Mexico and Central America. When cultivated on a totem or moss pole, it transforms dramatically as it matures.

In its juvenile stage, the plant displays elegant lance-shaped leaves with a distinctive silvery-gray sheen and dark green veining. As it climbs the totem, aerial roots develop and leaves expand significantly, deepening to dark green and developing fenestrations—the characteristic holes seen in mature Monstera species.

This totem-trained specimen encourages natural climbing behavior and accelerates the maturation process, making it ideal for collectors seeking to witness the plant's full potential.

Care is straightforward: provide bright, indirect sunlight or supplemental grow light, and avoid harsh direct sun which can damage the delicate silver foliage. The totem support system promotes healthy aerial root development and dramatic leaf expansion over time.
